2. Scope

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website.

Additional policies, including Privacy, Delivery, and Refund Policy, form part of these Terms.

3. Products

We sell used digital cameras in condition categories such as Excellent, Good, and Fair.

Because products are used, normal signs of use may exist. Product listings and descriptions are part of the sale basis.

4. Orders and Availability

Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order in case of pricing error, stock mismatch, suspected abuse, or payment failure.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in EGP unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed through Fawaterk.

You authorize us and our payment processor to process the amount due for your order.

6. Delivery and Risk

Delivery is provided inside Egypt only and is subject to the Delivery Policy.

You must provide accurate contact and address details. Wrong details or failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges, including re-shipping fees.

7. Final Sale and Limited Defect Return

All sales are final except for products that are defective or materially not as described, as set out in the Refund Policy.

No cancellation is allowed after an order is placed.

A refund cannot be requested before the customer receives and returns the product under the Refund Policy process.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, DigicamFaka is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or purchases.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective on the posted effective date.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.

Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Cairo, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

In case of conflict between language versions, the English version controls.

2. نطاق التطبيق

تسري هذه الشروط على جميع زوار ومستخدمي وعملاء الموقع.

تعد السياسات الأخرى، بما فيها سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الشحن وسياسة الاسترجاع، جزءاً مكملاً لهذه الشروط.

3. المنتجات

نبيع كاميرات رقمية مستعملة ضمن تصنيفات حالة مثل Excellent وGood وFair.

نظراً لأن المنتجات مستعملة، قد تظهر علامات استخدام طبيعية. وتعد أوصاف المنتج وإعلانه جزءاً من أساس البيع.

4. الطلبات والتوافر

الطلبات تخضع لتوافر المنتج وقبول الطلب.

يجوز لنا رفض أو تقييد أو إلغاء الطلب في حال خطأ سعري أو عدم تطابق المخزون أو الاشتباه في إساءة الاستخدام أو فشل الدفع.

5. الأسعار والدفع

تعرض جميع الأسعار بالجنيه المصري ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

تتم معالجة الدفع عبر Fawaterk.

بإتمام الطلب، فإنك تفوضنا ومزود الدفع لمعالجة قيمة الطلب المستحقة.

6. الشحن وانتقال المخاطر

الشحن متاح داخل مصر فقط ووفقاً لسياسة الشحن.

يلتزم العميل بتقديم بيانات تواصل وعنوان صحيحة. وقد تؤدي البيانات الخاطئة أو تعذر التسليم إلى رسوم إضافية، بما في ذلك رسوم إعادة الشحن.

7. البيع النهائي واستثناء عيب المنتج

جميع المبيعات نهائية، باستثناء الحالات التي يكون فيها المنتج معيباً أو مختلفاً بشكل جوهري عن الوصف، وذلك وفق سياسة الاسترجاع.

لا يسمح بإلغاء الطلب بعد إتمامه.

لا يمكن طلب استرداد قبل استلام العميل للمنتج ثم إعادته وفق إجراءات سياسة الاسترجاع.

8. الاستخدام المحظور

لا يجوز إساءة استخدام الموقع أو محاولة الدخول غير المصرح به أو تعطيل التشغيل أو استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني.

9. تحديد المسؤولية

إلى الحد الأقصى المسموح به قانوناً، لا يتحمل DigicamFaka مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو الخاصة أو العرضية الناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو عمليات الشراء.

لا يؤثر ما سبق على أي حقوق لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب القانون المعمول به.

10. تعديل الشروط

يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وتصبح الشروط المعدلة نافذة اعتباراً من تاريخ السريان المنشور.

11. القانون الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

تختص محاكم القاهرة المختصة بنظر أي نزاع، ما لم يوجب القانون خلاف ذلك.

في حال وجود تعارض بين النسخ اللغوية، تسود النسخة الإنجليزية.
