1. Data We Collect

Order and contact data: full name, mobile number, delivery address, order details, and payment status.

Operational records: order reference, delivery status, and customer support history when needed.

Behavioral analytics data: product views, checkout actions, and similar usage events used for market analysis and service improvement.

2. Why We Process Data

To perform and manage your order, including delivery and payment confirmation.

To prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse of our services.

To maintain and improve our product and customer experience using analytics.

To comply with legal and accounting obligations under applicable Egyptian laws.

3. How We Share Data

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store and fulfill orders, such as payment processors, delivery operations, hosting/infrastructure providers, and analytics/error-monitoring providers.

We use Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure advertising and help show relevant ads. Meta receives browsing, registration and shopping events, purchase values, browser identifiers and IP addresses, and hashed email, phone, and account identifiers for matching. Hashing does not make this data anonymous.

We use Google tags and server-side Google Ads conversion reporting to measure purchases. Google receives order identifiers, purchase times and values, Google advertising click identifiers when available, and hashed email addresses and phone numbers for matching. Purchase reporting can happen from our server even if browser tracking is blocked. Hashing does not make this data anonymous.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may disclose data when required by law or competent authorities.

4. Payment and Billing Data

Payments are handled through manual receipt review and Cash on Delivery deposit workflows.

To complete payment and billing, relevant order, contact, receipt, and billing fields are used for manual verification and fulfillment.

5. Retention

Order-related personal data is kept per order for as long as needed to fulfill that order, handle post-sale issues, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-handling obligations.

Analytics and operational logs are retained according to internal business and security needs.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse.

No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Your Rights and Contact

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data where applicable by contacting us at support@digicamfaka.com.

We may require information to verify your identity before processing requests.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and similar technologies required for website functionality, security, and core analytics.

Meta advertising cookies, including _fbp and _fbc, are separate from essential cookies. Browser cookie controls and Meta ad preferences can limit advertising tracking; confirmed order events may also be sent from our server.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective on the posted effective date.

بيانات الطلب والتواصل: الاسم الكامل، رقم الموبايل، عنوان التسليم، تفاصيل الطلب، وحالة الدفع.

سجلات تشغيلية: رقم مرجعي للطلب، حالة التسليم، وسجل التواصل مع خدمة العملاء عند الحاجة.

بيانات تحليل السلوك: مثل مشاهدة المنتجات وخطوات الشراء، لاستخدامها في تحليل السوق وتحسين الخدمة.

2. أسباب معالجة البيانات

تنفيذ وإدارة طلبك، بما في ذلك التسليم وتأكيد الدفع.

منع إساءة الاستخدام أو الاحتيال أو الاستخدام غير المشروع للخدمة.

تطوير وتحسين المنتج وتجربة المستخدم بالاعتماد على التحليلات.

الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية والمحاسبية وفق القوانين المصرية المعمول بها.

3. كيفية مشاركة البيانات

نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزودي الخدمات اللازمين لتشغيل المتجر وتنفيذ الطلبات، مثل مزود الدفع، عمليات الشحن، مزودي الاستضافة والبنية التحتية، ومزودي التحليلات ومراقبة الأخطاء.

نستخدم Meta Pixel وواجهة Meta Conversions API لقياس الإعلانات وعرض إعلانات ذات صلة. تتلقى Meta أحداث التصفح والتسجيل والتسوق وقيم المشتريات ومعرّفات المتصفح وعناوين IP، بالإضافة إلى البريد الإلكتروني والهاتف ومعرّف الحساب بعد تجزئتها للمطابقة. التجزئة لا تجعل هذه البيانات مجهولة الهوية.

نستخدم علامات Google وإرسال تحويلات Google Ads من الخادم لقياس المشتريات. تتلقى Google معرّفات الطلبات وأوقات المشتريات وقيمها ومعرّفات النقرات الإعلانية عند توفرها، بالإضافة إلى البريد الإلكتروني وأرقام الهاتف بعد تجزئتها للمطابقة. قد تُرسل أحداث الشراء من خادمنا حتى عند حظر التتبع في المتصفح. التجزئة لا تجعل هذه البيانات مجهولة الهوية.

لا نقوم ببيع بياناتك الشخصية.

قد نفصح عن البيانات إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً قانوناً أو من الجهات المختصة.

4. بيانات الدفع والفوترة

تتم معالجة المدفوعات من خلال مراجعة إيصالات الدفع يدوياً ونظام عربون الدفع عند الاستلام.

لإتمام الدفع والفوترة، يتم استخدام بيانات الطلب والتواصل والإيصال والفوترة ذات الصلة للمراجعة اليدوية وتنفيذ الطلب.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ

يتم الاحتفاظ ببيانات الطلب لكل طلب لمدة لازمة لتنفيذه، ومعالجة ما بعد البيع، والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية والضريبية والمحاسبية وتسوية النزاعات.

يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات التحليلات والتشغيل وفق الاحتياجات الداخلية للأعمال والأمن.

6. الأمان

نطبق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية البيانات من الوصول غير المصرح به أو التعديل أو الفقد أو سوء الاستخدام.

لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين عبر الإنترنت مضمونة بنسبة 100٪.

7. حقوقك والتواصل

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع أو التصحيح أو الحذف لبياناتك الشخصية - حيث ينطبق ذلك - عبر التواصل معنا على support@digicamfaka.com.

قد نطلب معلومات للتحقق من الهوية قبل تنفيذ أي طلب.

8. ملفات الارتباط والتتبع

نستخدم ملفات ارتباط وتقنيات مماثلة ضرورية لتشغيل الموقع والأمان والتحليلات الأساسية.

ملفات ارتباط Meta الإعلانية، ومنها _fbp و_fbc، منفصلة عن الملفات الأساسية. يمكنك الحد من التتبع الإعلاني عبر إعدادات المتصفح وتفضيلات إعلانات Meta؛ وقد تُرسل أحداث الطلبات المؤكدة أيضاً من خادمنا.

9. تحديثات السياسة

يجوز لنا تحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وتصبح النسخة المحدثة نافذة اعتباراً من تاريخ السريان المنشور.
