نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزودي الخدمات اللازمين لتشغيل المتجر وتنفيذ الطلبات، مثل مزود الدفع، عمليات الشحن، مزودي الاستضافة والبنية التحتية، ومزودي التحليلات ومراقبة الأخطاء.

لا نقوم ببيع بياناتك الشخصية.

قد نفصح عن البيانات إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً قانوناً أو من الجهات المختصة.

4. بيانات الدفع والفوترة

تتم معالجة المدفوعات عبر Fawaterk.

لإتمام الدفع والفوترة، يتم إرسال بيانات الطلب والتواصل والفوترة ذات الصلة إلى مزود الدفع.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ

يتم الاحتفاظ ببيانات الطلب لكل طلب لمدة لازمة لتنفيذه، ومعالجة ما بعد البيع، والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية والضريبية والمحاسبية وتسوية النزاعات.

يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات التحليلات والتشغيل وفق الاحتياجات الداخلية للأعمال والأمن.

نطبق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية البيانات من الوصول غير المصرح به أو التعديل أو الفقد أو سوء الاستخدام.

لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين عبر الإنترنت مضمونة بنسبة 100٪.
